BOLT-ON INSTALLATION
Door flange bolts directly to the existing flange of the HRSG for Easy
Installation. No longer any need for
permanent HRSG modification.
BUILT-IN JIB ASSEMBLY
3 wheel trolley allows for easy mobility of the door as the pivoting jib arm is
built into the bolt on collar.
SLOT & TAB FABRICATION
The slotted face receives tabbed pan. The Welds are placed on the door face, putting them the farthest possible distance from heat affected zones that can stress & break them after continuous heat cycles.
TOOL-LESS ENTRY
Four threaded wing style handles Replace the previous 16 to 20 bolts for quick & easy access into the HRSG. Typically less than 5 minutes to open or close.
QUICK CHANGE HARDWARE
All swing bolt hardware is easily replaceable if need be. Just simply unbolt, remove, and replace any part from warhouse stock.
TRAPPED GASKET
1” square woven ceramic gasket seated in door face, eliminating gasket trouble spots
for an even seal and contact with the HRSG.
